What kind of feedback do you get on your teaching? Is it telling you what you want and need to know? This workshop aims to empower instructors to take an active approach to eliciting feedback on teaching to improve student engagement, gather evidence of a thoughtful practice, and become agents in their own teaching assessment. Participants will come away with a better understanding of teaching feedback as part of a reflective and dynamic teaching practice, as well as some practical classroom suggestions to get started. This session is suitable for novice and veteran instructors alike.
