Reflection is a means of encouraging deeper and richer understanding during the learning process. Critical reflection allows teachers and learners to engage in purposeful thinking which is aimed at exploring complex problems, gaining clarification, and anticipating outcomes.
During this workshop faculty will be engaged in discussing the practice of critical reflection as well as assessing ways of incorporating self-reflective practices into their own professional and personal development.
