In programs and courses where insight into diversity is essential and integral to learning outcomes, simply talking about difference does little to help support insight and self-awareness about diversity. This workshop explores the use of experiential learning activities (including games and improvisation. activities) designed to foster reflection and discussion about difference. The focus includes discussion and focus on activities that provide safety for diverse populations that also help people gently explore outside the comfort zones of their privilege. This workshop requires some movement and activity.
