This session will follow the BC Campus panel discussion. For those who want to continue the conversation for the TRU context or those who simply want to join the conversation in the afternoon.
Participants will:

Discuss what Allyship means at TRU

Identify opportunities and challenges for advancing change at TRU

Be invited to form a community of practice that supports inclusive pedagogy and institutional change
Guiding questions:
What does being an ally mean in education?
What are some actions we can take to address institutional barriers that oppress or marginalize individuals and groups?
