Peer review of teaching and instructional support can provide us with helpful feedback on our teaching and professional practice. The Peer Review of Teaching and Instructional Support working group, a sub-committee of the Teaching and Learning Committee of Senate, has worked to develop a peer review of teaching and instructional support process that is adaptable, scalable, and flexible—and designed to genuinely help faculty reflect on and improve their professional practice. After a year of piloting a draft process, the working group is ready to share it. You're invited to come out and learn more about how this process can help you in your professional role.
