Have you thought about what you’d like to achieve this week? How about this year? Over the next five years? Do your goals sometimes get sidetracked by urgent tasks that seem to take priority? Does it sometimes seem impossible to get to the tasks you know are important, simply because they are not urgent?
In this session, we’ll discuss how to set goals, including how to create a plan and take concrete steps towards achieving them, along with reassessing them periodically. We’ll also talk about managing and prioritizing tasks, including how to be selective about saying “yes” to tasks to ensure the ones you choose to do will ultimately support you in achieving your goals.
