The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) is a critical research area for faculty in higher education.  SoTL focuses on researching how our learners learn and how we as teachers, teach within our disciplines.  This is especially true as we navigate this global pandemic – how have our learners changed, how has their learning changed?  How have we changed as educators?  What have we learned that we can use going forward in our teaching and research? What evidence do we have for our teaching and learning assumptions?

SoTL Spark is a Community of Practice (CoP); a monthly discussion about all things SoTL.  From starting a SoTL research project, to talking about SoTL in your teaching area, to engaging with works/conversations by other scholars on SoTL issues.

Led by CELT Coordinators and other faculty working in the SoTL field, join us monthly as we explore through active engagement, the latest ideas in the field, and how we as educators can add SoTL to our research landscape.
