Welcome to a 2022-2023 Tenure and Promotion Community of Practice!  
 
This is a friendly group of faculty members supporting one another, in any role, and at any stage of preparing tenure/promotion applications and/or performance reviews. We will set goals and hold each other accountable to completing tasks, ask and seek answers to questions, learn from experts, and reduce the isolation of the application process by connecting with one another. 

We will start the year celebrating colleagues who submitted their applications in September. In June we will participate in the annual TandP sessions hosted by CELT. Over the summer, we will cheer on colleagues applying in September 2023.
 
All are welcome. You can register to automatically put the dates in your Outlook calendar, or just show-up. The dates for Winter 2023 are to be decided by the group.
