This interactive workshop explores the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of Indigenous worldviews through the holistic teachings. Participants will create tobacco ties using red, yellow, black, white, green, and blue cloth while reflecting on the values represented by these colors. The session also covers the symbolic importance of life stages and provides insights into maintaining balance in personal and professional life.
