Join us to find out more about setting up a Tenure and Promotion Community of Practice (T&P CoP).  

The T&P CoP is a group of faculty members supporting one another, in any role, and at any stage of preparing tenure/promotion applications and/or performance reviews. Goals are set and used to hold each other accountable to completing tasks (may include swapping early drafts for feedback). Together, the group asks and seeks answers to questions and learns from regular mentors and invited visitors who have been through the process. This CoP can reduce the isolation of the application process by connecting with others and make the Tenure and Promotion process more enjoyable.

All are welcome to join. Anyone can request to join by searching for TandP CoP on MS Teams. 

Meetings are typically held monthly in hybrid format: in-person and online via Teams.  This is an ongoing group: while the leadership may change, we hope the group will continue.
