This workshop builds foundational AI literacy so educators can engage with confidence. Participants will explore what generative AI is (and isn’t), how it works, and its implications for teaching and learning.
What you’ll do
- Break down how large language models work in simple terms
- Experience live demos of AI tools (prompting, outputs, limitations)
- Explore strengths, weaknesses, and common misconceptions
- Discuss ethical considerations (bias, privacy, accuracy, environmental impact)
